We currently ship to South Africa and select international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • South Africa: 7–15 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
